    Wrong size

    I followed the directions on how to order measure and even had the correct size only in brass
    I needed a total length of 2.5” what I received is 3”OAL

    Please advise on how to make this right

    We appologize for the poor experience. The size of the lip strike is the distance from the center of the screw holes to the edge of the lip. The overall width is slightly larger. Please refer to the Spec sheets for percise measurements.

    Perfect replacement fit for Schlage handle sets. Prevents marring of our square edge casings. Oil rubbed bronze finish is close enough.
